Your earnings and payouts
What it is: two pages in your dashboard. Earnings shows what each workshop made. Payouts shows what has been sent to your bank and what is coming next Monday.

Dashboard → Earnings lists every workshop with what it sold in dollars, your 86%, tips, and any refunds. 1 credit is $2 and you keep $1.72 of each, so a $20 seat shows as $17.20 to you.
How refunds show up
An attendee can cancel for a full refund within 10 minutes of buying, or up to 12 hours before the start. After that there is no refund. If you cancel a workshop, everyone is refunded in full. Refunded credits come out of that workshop's total before it is paid.

Dashboard → Payouts shows three things: what is eligible (workshops that ended more than 24 hours ago and have not been paid yet), what has been paid, and the next Monday it goes out. Every payout also emails you.
Nothing to do. Money moves to your Stripe account every Monday, and Stripe sends it on to your bank. If a payout looks wrong, reply to the payout email and we will look.
