Where credits come in

Buyers don't hand you dollars directly. They buy credits from Faaji, and 1 credit is always $2. You set your price in credits, and the form shows the dollar amount next to it. When a credit is spent on your workshop, $1.72 goes to you and $0.28 stays with Faaji. That is the 14%.

1 · Buyer buys credits
$20

They get 10 credits. Same price for everyone, never expires.

2 · Spends them on your seat
10 credits

Your workshop is priced at 10 credits, which they see as $20.

3 · You get paid
$17.20

86% of $20, on the next Monday payout.

Questions hosts ask

When do I get paid?

Every Monday. A workshop's earnings become eligible 24 hours after it ends, then go out in the next Monday run to your connected Stripe account.

Can I run a free workshop?

Yes. Set the price to 0. Attendees still sign up, so you get their details and they get reminders. No fee.

What about refunds?

If an attendee cancels early enough for a refund, those credits come out of that workshop's total before payout. If you cancel a workshop, everyone is refunded in full.

Is there a limit on seats?

Masterclasses and webinars have no seat cap. Group workshops are 6, 10, 25, 50, or 100 seats. 1-on-1s are one seat per booking.

Why credits instead of dollars?

One balance a buyer can spend across any workshop, tip, or challenge without re-entering a card. For you nothing changes: every credit is worth $2 to the buyer and $1.72 to you.

Can I price in dollars?

You type a credit price and see the dollar price right beside it. Because 1 credit is $2, any even dollar amount works: $20 is 10 credits, $50 is 25 credits.

Do I need a Stripe account?

Yes, and we set it up with you during onboarding. It takes a few minutes and is how payouts reach your bank. How to connect it.
